I don't disagree, but how hard can it be to NOT do something for a 10 year career, accumulate millions upon millions of dollars and THEN do whatever you want? If 10 million dollars a year were on the line, I could go without a lot of things to stay on the field. Don't blame the NFL for Gordon's inability to stop substance abuse no matter how mild the substance is. It's Gordon's fault and Gordon's fault alone. We went almost 2 full games without forcing a punt with Perry on the field.
