This game is anyone’s guess - Vikings are 0-2 and got destroyed by the Eagles who didn’t look great in their opener. Bucs would be worse than the win they got over the Vikings. Foreman would be #3 and doesn't offer the ST value of Homer so that is why he will be inactive most weeks unless someone else picks up an injury.
