3rivers Posted September 15, 2023 Share Posted September 15, 2023 (edited) what I expect: Browns 1. will run and get a good ypc especially behind #79 2. will get pressure on KP 3. watson still won't be 2020 and the score will reflect this 4. Chubb will have a game vs our weak run defence 5. stefanski will get cute in the RZ and this will keep the score close and low Steelers 1. TJ will get major pressures and FF 2. OT B. Jones will have a rough first start vs good competition 3. KP will scramble a few more times than usual 4. offence will look flat early, unlike the preseason which seems like a distant memory now 5. punting will be inconsistent 6. run defence will be bad and there will be a lack of pressure up the middle 7. Loudermilk and Adams both will be having a bad day and will be noticed not sure about who wins or the score other than low and close. As a Sixers fan my thought is DJ is Andre Iguadala. Fine player. But. Iggy was brought in to be the heir apparent to a great in Iverson (AB). Was miscasted by players, coaches, and mostly fans as a stud player (WR1). No one was really brought in to be that guy and when they were they ended up being elite role players like Thad, Jrue (Pickens). They needed an Embiid type star back then, just like we need a star on offense. I'm hoping that Calvin Austin's elite traits can kind of kind of cobble together a "star" on offense. We need a game breaker. Ben was it, AB was it, Bell was it, nobody now. We have an offense that would work with a great play caller, but we don't have one.
