Tolbert and CD. The TE's finally showed up. Jock Straps: Steele for sure gets one. He was horrible. Ref's, only because the timing of a couple of the calls. They didn't necessarily cost us the game but it certainly changed that 3rd quarter drive. Overall, we played well though. Jock straps for: -Terrence Steele -The refs -The way the ball bounces on Eagles fumbles -MM for not challenging the spot on that first drive -The defense as a whole. Steele gets the nastiest, wettest jock strap of the season thus far. TVScout Posted November 6, 2023 Share Posted November 6, 2023 It was more than just Steele. The whole O-line isn't getting the job done. Dak got sacked 5 times. They get no push at the goal line and it is pass, pass, pass. Then a field goal or a turn over on downs. 3.5 yards per rushing attempt is called losing............... ..........and again the refs blew more calls against us than they did against the team we played. Can definitely invest in LT. RT gets a little tricky since we just resigned Steele to a new 5 year contract. However, his contract is very base salary heavy. Cutting him after 2024 would be the more likely scenario. I’d hold on to him at least one more year to see if he fully returns from his acl/mcl injury. He may have been rushed back too quick.
