CTC is my favorite as well by a lot. For my money, growing up it was “Rice Krispy Treats” cereal.

And I also love Frosted Mini Wheats, but wheat in general is a favorite of mine. Wheated bourbon and beer, fresh baked bread, etc.

We were poor, all I got growing up was puffed wheat - that **** is horrible dry and even worse once you add milk. I stopped eating breakfast quickly and still don't to this day as a result lol.

I haven’t had cereal in years.  It’s either eggs, Greek yogurt with berries or overnight oats w/protein nowadays.

Couldn’t imagine starting my day with a giant bowl of sugar lol.  
 

They do taste great though.

Cereal has become an evening dessert replacement for me on occasion, usually something like honey bunches of oats or granola with almond milk.

By far my biggest Achilles heel on nutrition are “On the Border” tortilla chips. Zero self control or self loathing afterwards. I can say no to about anything else but those are absolutely amazing.
