beekay414
Think it should be Daniels in a landslide despite the team record advantage for Penix and Nix.
jrry32
I'd pick Jayden Daniels as well.

candyman93
I place a bigger emphasis on team success than most, because it’s not hard to stat pad. You can thank Lincoln Riley for causing me to feel this way. However, I could easily see Penix or Daniels winning.

NateDawg
Weakest crop of heisman candidates in some time tbh.

If any of the 3 stat padded, it was Nix tbqh. Edited December 2, 2023 by beekay414

General statement I do NOT like stat padders and coaches that intentionally inflate their star players stats
Spartica4Real
JD5, by far the biggest bright spot in a disappointing season for my Tigers. Nabers as well obviously. Not his fault the defense sucked, he is insanely talented. Starting to get spoiled by LSU QB play between Burrow and Daniels, never thought I'd see the day. stl4life07
I was confident in Jayden winning the Heisman. People got so hung up on LSU having 3 losses but did you watch those games? It wasnt bc of Jayden. He only had one bad half the entire season. That was the first game against FSU. When he left the field against Ole Miss he put LSU in the lead. LSU defense blew it. When he left the field against Bama he had LSU marching down by 7pts. We were cheated out of seeing if Jayden would go down the field and tie that game up bc he got knocked out of the game. After he got knocked out of the game LSU couldnt do anything the rest of the game and lost by double digit points. LSU wouldve lost more games if Jayden didnt bail them out. Jayden deserved to win the Heisman. He had a Burrow type of season. The biggest difference is Burrow had a better defense. If Jayden had the defense Burrow had nobody would be complaining about Jayden winning the Heisman bc LSU would have at worst one loss, made the SEC title game and possibly won and in the playoffs right now. So now hopefully scouts will see how great Jayden is and he rise up in the draft just like Burrow did. Not saying Jayden will go 1st overall but he deserves to go top 10. Id even consider taking him over Drake Maye. It will depend on the team though. Jayden adds a dynamic that the NFL is leaning towards and thats that mobile QB that can also bet you with his arm if you force him too like we see from Hurts, Dak (before the injury), Murray, Allen, Lamar, etc... And Jayden has shown he can beat you with his arm, he doesnt turn the ball over, and he can beat you with his legs too. Plus he is one tough guy and a leader.
