In real time it was clearcut OPI. Wallace clear as day had his jersey. No WR going for that ball has an arm back unless he's pushing off or grabbing jersey.

Receivers constantly have their arm back like that and it isn't called OPI. Brown did on the 43 yard catch earlier. They never call that unless it's a pretty major push.

Yeah, but often the DB doesn't go down with their jersey clearly int he Wide Receiver's hand. The fact that the guy some 30 yards away made the call/threw the flag is an issue.
