Scalamania
Quote The Philadelphia Eagles have agreed to terms on a trade for Washington Commanders receiver Jahan Dotson, the team announced on Thursday. Philly will send a third-round pick and two seventh-round selections in the 2025 NFL Draft to Washington for Dotson and a 2025 fifth-round pick. https://www.nfl.com/news/commanders-trade-former-first-round-wr-jahan-dotson-to-eagles This is a great trade by Howie & Co.
EaglesFlySBChampsHigh
Was a big fan of his prior to this. Obviously even more so now
CasperX22
That's a damn good trade. Gives the Eagles some much needed depth and gives Kellen Moore the ability to mix and match personnel and move these 3 guys around all over the field. Very pleased.

IrishHooligan00
Crazy to think still has 2 years left on a rookie deal plus the 5th Year option. CRAZY
RandyMossIsBoss
Love this move. Exactly what we needed to make this a complete receiving corp.
Kiltman
Loved him at Penn State, wonder why he fell out of favor
EagleBlueDon
Great trade. Essentially moved down a couple rounds next year. And WAS will probably be bad so it'll be a good 5th rounder. 7th rounders don't bother me at all. Great trade again.
AZ_Eaglesfan
Wow this is great. Loved him when he came out and he was surrounded by crap outside of Scary Terry in Washington. I am a fan.
Danger
The value is roughly the 100th overall pick when you tally everything up based on last years standings. That's nothing considering the moves Howie made moving back time and time again in the middle rounds last draft.
Danger
@Kiltman do you remember if he was more of a Z or a Y at Penn State? I'm drawing a blank right now.

He hasn't exactly had the cream of the crop throwing him the ball or an offensive line that can block to take advantage of his and Terry's ability to get over the top. He played all over, but he primarily played outside. Roughly 20% of his snaps came from the slot.

Edit roughly 20% his draft year. Played 2183 snaps between 2019-2021 and 350 were in the slot, so approximately 16% of the time lined up in the slot at Penn State.
