That is a good question. He is 60, and probably has made some pretty good money, he may not want to do it again. If he wants to stay in the league, he has to have a great track record for being an OC. He is in part responsible for Aaron Rodgers and Dak Prescott, and has worked with Joe Montana and Brett Favre. He is either incredibly fortunate or has some idea of what he is doing with QBs.
