Eagles have a Great Run D and depth at the WR position. The Vikings success is predicated on a Short Passing Game and Defense. Basically taking the Pass Rush out of the game and relying on Foles. It's just recent history PTSD against the Saints, worried our corners won't be up for the task. I think people would rather just play a slugfest game with the vikings, keep it low scoring. Sam goes with getting the Jags in the SB. Trade the tougher D to not play a more explosive O basically.
