vike daddy
The legend of Patrick Mahomes began on the baseball diamond, not the football field. Originally chosen in the sixth round of the 1988 major league baseball draft, Pat Mahomes broke in as a pitcher with the Twins in 1992 and carved out a decade-long career in the big leagues. That meant Little Patrick Mahomes spent most of his childhood inside clubhouses. His first taste of the major leagues came when he could be found bopping around the New York Mets’ clubhouse. Little did Patrick Mahomes know, those experiences, no matter how inconsequential they seemed at the time, were molding him into the leader he’d become nearly two decades later. “No doubt,” Pat Mahomes said. “He got to see what it was like to be a professional. Just sucking it all in. He was with me in the World Series in 2000, and there was 65,000 people in the stands. Now when he goes out and there’s big crowds like that, it’s not a big deal to him. It’s like he’s just playing a game.” Maybe it’s shouldn’t come as a surprise, then, that Patrick Mahomes gravitated toward baseball while growing up in Whitehouse, Texas. In fact, for a good chunk of his adolescence, he preferred baseball, and even basketball, to football. “He was one of those kids that always had to have a ball in his hand,” said LaTroy Hawkins, also a former Twin and longtime relief pitcher and Patrick Mahomes’ godfather. “Just catching the ball and throwing it back and hitting the ball. Just doing things that 3-year-olds don’t normally do. He just never stopped doing those things, and he got better at it.” https://www.twincities.com/2019/01/26/the-story-behind-how-baseball-and-the-minnesota-twins-helped-mold-superstar-qb-patrick-mahomes/?utm_source=facebook.com&utm_campaign=socialflow&utm_content=fb-PioneerPress&utm_medium=social&fbclid=IwAR0sWvc1wVn23zwLn1nS0qfnwA8IEVCQDggGOLZeXtAaJghtkHiT3VTZeeI

From now one they must only sign players with K names. For best results their name should be Kevin. It is not yet clear whether results may be improved by having all their players change their names to a K name. I suggest legal name changes for all their players just in case. Hard to win four Briers without a strong post game.

SInce he's never had any interest in trying to actually be good at it, that's why. He put in about as much effort as Jamarcus Russell. swede700
That's crazy, as I hadn't realized she had been there that long. It seems like just yesterday when she was tearing up the court as LSU.

Maya's rookie year was Mone's 6th year....and Maya's entering her 9th year.
swede700
Quote Maya Moore is stepping away from professional basketball. The Minnesota Lynx guard announced she would be sitting out the 2019 WNBA season and not playing overseas in an article for the Players' Tribune: https://bleacherreport.com/articles/2819468-lynxs-maya-moore-reveals-she-wont-play-in-2019-wnba-season-in-players-tribune?utm_source=cnn.com&utm_medium=referral&utm_campaign=editorial My best to her.
