Dallas94Ware Posted April 24, 2018 Share Posted April 24, 2018 I have 14. Trush is, some staffs feel a second tier 1st round grade constitutes a 1st round grade regardless. Others differentiate a clear 1/1-2/2/2-3 etc grading system. I was taught that to do it that way. But ive also heard of teams doing it by color code: 1st rounders of higher grade get Green marker. Second tiers get Blue. Third get yellow. Red flagged, for medical or personal, get red marker. But all woupd technically be 'first round grades' just some a different color grade. Its all in how the GM and Player Personnel department prefer to build their boards, and how theyve been taught/told to do coming up in the league.
