He was not directly trying to harm anyone on that bus. He was trying to get Khabib to come out, and yes, for promotional purposes. The guy even picked up a metal trash can, put it down, and threw a plastic one instead. He didnt think the dolly would break a window considering the shape of the object. I'm gonna say good, because people will still understand that this is not how they operate and was a one time event (happened in the NBA, even worse), and it will help promote fights down the road and the UFC now has the biggest villain in all of sports (helps that he's Russian too).
