Chubb was more dynamic but Hyde was a monster. Can't say I'm happy about this. I wonder if this is Dorsey saying you will use my shiny new toy whether you like it or not! If we’re looking at productivity as a basis for use, I’d sure hope so.

I think a little more balance between the two would have been nice. Haven't all of Chubb's big runs been to the outside? Has he ran anything between the tackles? Asking because I don't remember. Not sure it matters, but I thought a lot of Hyde's yards were gained because he always fell forward. I don't think our line did him many favors in the running game. Is it the OL or is it vision, burst, etc? Hard to know for sure without knowing how each play is designed and blocking schemes...
Kiwibrown
Hydes first run last week was because of exceptional vision. I dont think chubb has type yet, he seems like he is an explode through the hole type of guy with very good athleticism. I hope we sign matt dayes, he does a good job blocking, and receiving, a technically correct guy.

Kiwibrown
If Duke was playing slot and we were seeing him a head of dudes like Perriman and Streater and other bad players the trade doesn't happen. Hyde being traded is on Hue nad Haley 100% imo

bosko1616
i feel kinda bad for baker looking at that roster. It’s truly god awful. I don’t think anyone on here can look at that cast and go we have one playmaker. Callaway inconsistent and a rookie. Chubb a rookie and unproven. Duke is a 3rd down back. Landry is an elite slot WR but not a playmaker. Njukos a TE with drops
candyman93
Hope Jamie Collins is next. However, I doubt we get anything for him.

We have bought high and sold low with a ton of dudes recently CC Shelton Erving Kessler JG bought high with Collins and TUH-Rod, we would be lucky to get a 6th for eithe, or both to a team that has no LBs or QBs. pnies20
Collins is going to be here until the end of the year. No ones going to take his contract and it’s too much dead money.

Those high buys are all Sashi fwiw. I hated the Taylor pick up by Dorsey, but most thought that was a reasonable price. Dorsey has been the one selling somewhat low, though one could argue most were sold at value other than JG and maybe(?) Shelton.
