pwny Posted October 30, 2018 Author Share Posted October 30, 2018 I think the biggest tell of a company is what they do when things go wrong. I had something happen with my first gen Apple Watch. The replacement process didn’t go smoothly and it ended up taking about 10 days to get resolved, so to make up for it, Apple gave me a new watch band, a second charger, and let me pick out anything in the Apple Store (up to $200) as an apology for their mistake.
