But it won't actually happen until next week sometime. Add to the fact that everyone is remote right now, it's going to be super awkward and difficult. I don't know why. I think my manager is going to offer his head for the chopping block, which is going to be interesting. 1) because I don't think upper management will agree with it and that will start some sort of struggle, and 2) because it would leave me completely in charge.
