Wings to me aren't an app. #3 Poutine vs. #8 Crab Rangoon - Both of these are delicious. But I'll vote for the delayed heart attack vs the instant #4 Crab Cakes vs. #7 Jalapeno Poppers - Pretty even, just depends on the mood/night.
