Sixers were right there with all those teams before they traded for a 20+ scoring All-Star. Sixers are the 2nd best team in the NBA now. Stars win. All of a sudden the Bucks are this unbeatable force LUL

Nobody but losers care about the regular season. Philly is the 4th best team come playoff time.

what have the bucks shown to be this playoff force?

Nobody in the east has really proven to be a playoff force now that Lebron is gone.

I could see it going any way among the top 4. I feel like Philly has the steepest learning curve incorporating Butler into the team and Boston probably has the highest upside

Apparently we offered Mirotic and a first. Wonder if swapping Randle for Mirotic would’ve gotten it done.

According to a Pels insider Minny wanted Moore, Hill and 2 1sts. Would’ve been tempting but guess the risk of Butler and AD walking was seen as too high

Honestly though, not a bad return for Minny, but nothing special.

Saric and Covington fit well with their current core, the question is, was the trade worth it in the grand scheme of things?

Minnesota essentially traded away Zach LaVine, Kris Dunn, and Lauri Markkanen for Dario Saric, Robert Covington, and Jerryd Bayless.

Yeah, Minnesota set themselves back big time. Trade Wiggins asap tbh. Dudes a bum.

Should've, Pelicans would be scary with Butler although they should've tried to keep Moore out of the deal somehow.

It's going to be tough to trade a guy averaging 16 ppg on 41% FG with a 5 yr/$139M contract.

Yep. Gonna have to hope he gets better with more opportunity with the ball...though Derrick Rose is probably going to take all of Butler's shots.

I'm excited for Saric to have more playmaking opportunities.
