SirA1
Eric Ebron from 10yds out. Seems good. I could watch this all day. I thought initially that I was Brad Childress on the sideline from behind.

How did you choose each teams play books Yeah I had loose reasoning for picking each location. There's only 19 possible destinations in the game. Ivory Coast relocated from the London Knights so I figured making them London Black Knights was a gimme. Cuba is closest to Mexico City. I wanted to keep the division all international for aesthetic's sake so Dublin and Toronto were the only options left. I felt "Celtic Tigers" was the closest to a Rags mythology name so he got Dublin Celtic Tigers. Each team's offensive playbook is the one for your team's starting QB. So like you are using NO's playbook, Hawaii is using Seattle's, etc. The defensive playbook was picked based on being a 4-3 or 3-4. I just scrolled randomly to get to the first matching playbook. This can definitely be tinkered with.

That left San Antonio, Austin, Memphis, and St. Louis as the geographically close cities. St. Louis for some reason doesn't let the team change their name or else I would have gone there. You, Lukic, and Counselor just got randomly assigned to each one and trust me, Hounds was the best of the options for Memphis.

This limit is in place to ensure that FA has at least medium level of talent and rosters have some turnover. No problem. Quote It's done to prevent teams from paying off 2nd year players and then resigning them as ERFA's on the cheap the next year. I can understand trying to eliminate loopholes but a simple "If you DD a player you don't have ERFA rights" sounds like a much more logical solution than "If oyu DD a player you can't sign them in FA then next year" but I guess we can add that to the next BDL meeting topics to discuss/vote on. Quote Again this is stuff that veteran owners just know from being here for awhile and is something that we need to clarify. I am planning on a complete revamp of the rules from top to bottom this summer but it's something that is going to take about 2 months to get done. It's not something that we can just instantly react to and get and instant update like Mike thinks. He has a different mindset about running a Mock/SIM so I don't fault him for that. I understand that these things take time (specifically freely volunteered time) and I'd like to help in any way possible. I know its difficult to catch everything at once but if you add things as you see/clarify them over time its extremely helpful for those owners (and potential future owners trying to understand the league and join) that aren't veteran owners and don't "just know" things from being here for awhile. Quote We implemented a lot of rules changes this past summer that are just now going to start going into effect for the most part. We need to see how those work before going to try to tinker with things anymore. Or else we end up doing stuff like making 2 different Salary cap adjustments in the same year before seeing how the first fix worked. I'm not asking to change the rules without meeting on it and discussing/voting on it, I'm just asking that we document the rules that we do have. Also @SirA1 I know you're one of the older guys and main guys that does a lot of these updates but please don't take any of this as personal attacks, I'm just trying to be helpful by asking questions when something isn't clear to me and pointing out things that aren't documented to help future owners.
