Disclaimer: I have pretty much just started my scouting process so this will mostly be pretty generic as far as player rankings go. This is also based on current standings per the workbook.

2020 Mock Draft Round 1

1. Hawaii Nightmarchers: Chase Young, EDGE, Ohio State
Despite their winless record, this is a solid team with a lot of talent already around. Looking to next year they're only going to have one starter-level EDGE guy signed so they grab the BPA here who also happens to fill one of their biggest needs in Chase Young. There's very few holes in his game and he's going to be a day 1 starter for Hawaii.

2. Hawaii Nightmarchers (via Williamsport): Jerry Jeudy, WR, Alabama
Hawaii somehow gets the top 2 picks in the draft despite the talent on their team and they use them to take arguably the top 2 guys in the whole draft. Jeudy may not have elite physical attributes but he has one of the best all around games you'll see in a WR. There's not much he doesn't do wrong. Like I said before, Hawaii is a very talented team and if they can add two day 1 contributors like Young and Jeudy, they'll be a sleeper team going into next season.

3. Ivory Coast Black Rhinos: Andrew Thomas, OT, Georgia
I'm sure IC is hoping Trent Williams gets traded and can finally play somewhere. I'm sure that'll by the trade deadline and before next season at the latest but the Rhinos could still stand to beef up their OL. Andrew Thomas is another one of this class's elite players who will be able to start right away. He's got the frame, athleticism, and skills to transition seamlessly to the pro game.

4. Seoul Dragons: CeeDee Lamb, WR, Oklahoma
I gave Whicker some **** for having Lamb over Jeudy and as absurd as it is to put him there, Lamb is still a great WR and in my opinion the obvious number 2 in the class. Seoul has blown up their offense a bit by trading away guys like TY Hilton and so they could use another receiver. They still have AJ Green but he's getting up there a bit and could use help across from him in the meantime.

5. Anchorage Wolves: Tua Tagovailoa, QB, Alabama
Anchorage may still believe in Haskins and/or Cousins but when the best QB in the draft falls to you at the 5th overall pick it's hard to pass up on him. Tagovailoa is insanely accurate and while he doesn't have a cannon of an arm, he's got more than enough arm strength to be a great QB at the next level. Everybody already knows how good this guy is so there's no need to go on and on but needless to say Anchorage would be very happy to nab him here.

6. Cuba Smugglers (via Camden): Grant Delpit, S, LSU
Cuba has Derwin James, a young and great safety, but outside of him they don't have anyone signed long term who should probably be starting. They remedy that here by grabbing the BPA in Delpit. This would give Cuba the best young safety tandem in the league. Delpit is a great all-around player with a complete game. He covers well, he can stop the run, he does it all.

7. Anchorage Wolves (via Portland): Henry Ruggs III, WR, Alabama
Anchorage lacks a true #1 WR and with a young QB that's going to be important. Enter Ruggs. This guy has insane speed but he's certainly not a one trick pony. His route running is superb and he runs with power as well. Not only that but he played with Tagovailoa in college so there would be some familiarity there.

8. Gotham Gashslayers: Jeffrey Okudah, CB, Ohio State
CB probably is Gotham's biggest weakness but with guys like Josh Norman being older and Xavien Howard being a FA, grabbing the Okudah here makes sense. He could step in opposite Xavier Rhodes right away. He could still use a bit of refinement as far as technique goes but he's already great without it and as they say, you can't teach athleticism.

9. Anchorage Wolves (via Singapore): A.J. Epenesa, EDGE, Iowa
With so many picks in the first round, Anchorage can afford to go BPA here with Epenesa. Not only that but they do need a guy to play opposite Trey Flowers. Epenesa is not the most athletically gifted EDGE guy but he plays with power and knows how to get off of blocks.

10. Cuba Smugglers: Trevon Diggs, CB, Alabama
Cuba continues to bolster their secondary here with Diggs. They have some talent there already but have a lot of expiring contracts and could use a guy with Diggs' size, athleticism, and ball skills. Brother of Stefon Diggs, Trevon broke my heart when he chose Alabama over Maryland. Despite all of that the guy has sky high potential and personally I think he will get there in the NFL.

11. Oklahoma City EF5's (via New Orleans): Yetur Gross-Matos, EDGE, Penn State
Oklahoma City has one of the most complete teams in the BDL and so can afford to take a high risk prospect with their extra first round pick. OKC has some guys who are getting up there in Miller and Kerrigan and so they could use some depth/potential future starter at EDGE. YGM is pretty raw but is extremely gifted athletically. If he puts it together and gets good coaching at the next level he will be a force to reckon with.

12. Anchorage Wolves (via Lancaster): Paulson Adebo, CB, Stanford
Anchroage has yet another first round pick here and uses it to bolster their frankly mediocre CB group. Adebo is one of my personal favorites so far in the draft process out of the guys I've looked at. Despite not having elite athleticism, he's got great size and knows how to use it. He can get physical and knows how to stick with his man when in coverage.

13. Rome Eternals: D'Andre Swift, RB, Georgia
Bcb might flame me for this selection but I think with his team being as well-rounded as it is he can afford to grab a guy like Swift here. Gurley might never be the player he was and is a FA anyways. Rome only has 1 RB signed for next season. Swift is an elusive, hard to tackle guy with great vision. He's got a pretty solid all around game as well, running with good speed and power.

14. Berlin Blitzkrieg: Derrick Brown, INT, Auburn
INT isn't the most pressing need for Berlin but I think Brown is by far BPA here and would be a great addition to that defense. Berlin only has one starter-level guy (Quinnen Williams) signed for next season. Brown is athletic and explosive. Not only that but he gets great penetration, which is something I know Rags values.

15. Hungary Hippos: Tristan Wirfs, OT, Iowa
OT is one of the weakest position groups on a good Hungary team in my opinion, despite the fact that they drafted Andre Dillard last year. Wirfs would be a great fit for this team for multiple reasons. Wirfs currently plays RT for Iowa but certainly could play LT if asked. He's a very good pass blocker and can handle both speed and power rushers. A guy with versatility like Wirfs could be great for Hungary.

16. Oklahoma City EF5's: CJ Henderson, CB, Florida
OKC's biggest weakness right now is probably their CB group. They have some very good starters but also some liabilities back there. They also have a number of expiring CB contracts. All of this leads them to grab Henderson who could easily go higher than this. He has great length and plays very physical which is something OKC could use.

2020 Mock Draft Round 2

1. Hawaii Nightmarchers: Laviska Shenault Jr., Colorado
Hawaii could definitely use a playmaker and WR opposite Diggs so Shenault makes a lot of sense here. He's got some work to do as far as learning routes and how to attack defenses but if he puts it all together he could be quite the weapon for Russell Wilson.

2. Anchorage Wolves (via Williamsport): Ashtyn Davis, S, California
Anchorage has Landon Collins to be the in-the-box type safety but could use someone with better coverage ability to play beside him. Davis is a guy that I'm a huge fan of and I'll think he'll rise as the year goes on. He's got great range to play deep and is very quick and takes great angles to chase down receivers. He doesn't have the greatest size and so he can sometimes struggle as a tackler but it's not for lack of trying. If he can bulk up and keep his athleticism, he'll be a great guy to have.

3. Ivory Coast Black Rhinos: Isaiah Simmons, S, Clemson
IC has a hole at LB and could also use an in the box type safety. Wherever Simmons plays at the next level he can fit one of those roles. Simmons is an explosive athlete with great range and ball skills. I truly see this guy making an impact no matter where you line him up in the pros. He's the latest edition of this S/LB combo that has become increasingly popular but with sometimes mixed results.

4. Seoul Dragons: Alex Leatherwood, OT, Alabama
Seoul is only going to have 1 OT signed once we enter the offseason and needs some help there regardless. They'd be getting a good one in Leatherwood. He's big, powerful, athletic, and versatile. He's played many spots on Alabama's OL over the years and has shown great ability on the blindside this year. He can hold his own against speed and power rushers alike.

5. Rome Eternals (via Anchorage): Joe Burrows, QB, LSU
Hot take alert! There's a good chance that bcb may hate this pick as well but Brees is getting older and is a FA. Bridgewater has been doing well for him but I don't think he or the titty kisser are the real answer for the future. I'm very high on Burrows. This year he has shown the ability to throw the ball well at all levels of the field against some extremely tough defenses and especially some good secondaries. I'm not as high on some of the other QBs in this class but I think Burrows will be a great player in the pros.

6. Williamsport Soul Reavers (via Camden): Xavier McKinney, S, Alabama
Williamsport finally has their first pick in the draft and with some significant holes to fill he needs to hit here. I was very tempted to go with a WR here to help out the offense but in the end I decided to go BPA with McKinney. Make no mistake, Safety is still a significant need for Williamsport as well. Their defense is very good but that is one area they are lacking in. McKinney probably won't develop into a deep cover safety but he can do everything else at a very high level.

7. Portland Horned Owls: Julian Okwara, EDGE, Notre Dame
Portland has only 1 EDGE guy signed going into next season and it is an area of need regardless. Okwara definitely is not ready to go day 1 I think but he's got the tools to be great at the next level. He has good but not great technique with great physical tools to work with. The one thing he needs to do is bulk up. He plays well for his size but if he wants to be a consistent 3-down starter in the pros he needs to get bigger. Right away he can still be a pass rush specialist though.

8. Gotham Gashslayers: Tyler Biadasz, C, Wisconsin
Maurkice Pouncey is getting older and is set to be a FA this offseason so it would make sense for Gotham to draft a replacement here. Biadasz is another guy that I like a lot and I think he'll be able to contribute right away. He's underrated athletically and is a smart leader for an OL. He obviously has good pedigree going for him as well coming out of that Wisconsin offense.

9. Berlin Blitzkrieg (via Singapore): Travis Etienne, RB, Clemson
Berlin just traded for David Johnson but he's not quite the player he used to be and certainly isn't worth the price tag he has. I could see him being 3 downed this offseason. This leaves Ragnarok with a huge hole that a player like Etienne can fill. Etienne has great speed at the RB position and can break off runs leaving everyone else in the dust. He doesn't have ideal size and he needs to get more patient but you can't teach speed.

10. Cuba Smugglers: K'Lavon Chaisson, EDGE, LSU
This may be a little bit early for Chaisson but Cuba doesn't have many holes and could use a guy like him. Another developmental EDGE in this draft, he's got the physical ability to be a pass rushing terror at the next level. He needs to refine his technique and could stand to bulk up a little bit but a team like Cuba can be patient.

11. New Orleans Jazz: Trey Adams, OT, Washington
New Orleans took two OTs last year but neither has done much yet (although one has simply been injured). With New Orleans ready to compete now they can take a chance on Adams here and hope that between those 3 guys, you'll get some good OL play. Based solely on talent, Adams would probably be a top 10 pick. He's got great size and technique and is a very well-rounded player. The problem with Adams is that he has struggled to stay healthy. If those injuries are flukes he can be great.

12. Lancaster Werewolves: Dylan Moses, LB, Alabama
Bobby Wagner and Kwon Alexander are both FAs this offseason so LB will be a need. Dylan Moses is a strong all-around player although he still has room to grow. Particularly in coverage he could get a bit better. He's effective now in college but in the pros he'll obviously need to step his game up.

13. Rome Eternals: Javon Kinlaw, INT, South Carolina
Rome has been tough to draft for because I think they have very few holes overall. Here they grab one of my favorite guys on the board in Kinlaw. They've got a couple of INT guys coming up as FA's and Gerald McCoy is getting up there as well. Kinlaw is very explosive and disruptive, particularly in the run game. He could still use some work as a pass rusher but has the tools and physical abilities to become good in that area as well.

14. Berlin Blitzkrieg: Justin Herbert, QB, Oregon
Despite the fact that Tom Brady seems like he will play forever, he is getting up there. It wouldn't be a bad idea to grab a potential successor and backup, especially since Berlin currently does not have one. I'm not as high on Herbert as many others are but he certainly has the size and tools to be successful. And we all know that Rags is a size queen who likes guys with big tools. Herbert certainly has plenty of potential and would not be a bad get at the bottom of the second.

15. Seoul Dragons (via Hungary): Kristian Fulton, CB, LSU
Seoul grabs the BPA here in Fulton who could've gone way earlier. There's always one or two guys in a mock who just slip for whatever reason. Seoul has a solid CB group with no real standout in my opinion. Fulton does not have elite athleticism but is very fluid and plays physically in coverage. He can get burned by some of the faster guys out there but will still get his. He's got some work to do to develop for the pros but the skillset is definitely there.

16. Oklahoma City EF5's: Jake Fromm, QB, Georgia
Stafford is good but on a 1 year deal and Rosen does not look to be the long term answer at QB for the EF5's. Opinions may vary on Fromm but I think he can be a starter at the next level. I'm not sure he'll be a star or a top QB but a starter nonetheless. He's a smart player with good accuracy, he knows where to put the ball on his throws. His arm strength is nothing special however. If you put him in the right scheme and with the right players around him, I think he'll be good at the next level.

I enjoy your mocks. Thank you. I have no idea who any of these players are right now.

Fair enough lol I'm sure half of them will be irrelevant by the time the actual draft rolls around anyways

Mack is a rfa.  He'll be back

Very true but then again it never hurts to have more than 1 good RB. Tbh your team was hard to draft for which of course is a good thing.

For WSR, you could've gone in a number of directions and itd been good. I like it. Good work.

I had you going Tee Wiggins originally but I just felt it was too high for a WR and McKinney just felt like a good fit as a do-it-all type safety.

Thoughts? Would love to hear people's thoughts so that way when I do it again maybe it can be more aligned with their vision.

Typically a RT only in college wouldn't be seen as a LT prospect. They usually get pressed their at next level in time of injury. So then it comes into question is a RT the best option for #15. Debateable.

I really don't start looking til February for me to have much an opinion besides I'll probably never take a RB in the first round

Wirfs is only at RT because Iowa is run by a stubborn old man. Same reason Espenesa was a backup last year despite being the best DE on the team. Wirfs 100% has the skillset to be a LT and is better than Iowa's actual LT. Just to be clear on him as a prospect, I do agree with you in general though.

That's fair.
