I hope we keep Wiley and Henry.

Saw substantial improvements at those spots.

Zampese too, wouldn’t mind him being the Monday through Saturday OC.

Not a fan of Wiley. OL didn’t improve until Baker and Freddie took over.

OL didn’t look the great Wiley’s first year and the games under Hue and Haley

Players seem to love him and he had things humming the last half the year.

Yeah I think the humming wasn’t because of Wiley. I wouldn’t be upset if he was kept but I think he is replaceable.

Just need to keep Henry

Wiley is an old curmudgeon set in his ways. I wouldn't mind finding a new OL coach but at the same time its a huge risk because good OL coaches are hard to come by.

We do not have the enough information about Freddie Kitchens to know if he can be an effective Culture/Program Leader, or if he can assemble a potent staff.

We know he is a strong play-caller and good organizer of offense in a small sample size against less than stellar defenses.

We know that his play design and scheme timing is really strong.

Here's to hoping for the best with Freddie.

Time will tell.
