Harden has several STINKERS vs GS and has yet to beat them in a series. Bron has did it before. Bron might lose the series but he will be playing lights out basketball. When Rockets lose to GS its bc Harden plays terrible. Shot 13% from 3 in a game 7 last year. Bron with this rockets team is beating the dubs.

Bron never beat the warriors with Durant, which is a totally different beast than beating the warriors pre-durant.

The entire Houston Team was garbage in game 7 last year, missing 27 straight 3s. to be fair Harden hit two 3s during that stretch and the refs ruled he was not in the act of shooting....

We’re talking about Bron v harden in terms of individual play. Thats the main point forget winning against the dubs. Across the board Bron is consistently playing well and shooting better. Bron is way more efficient than James.

Harden game 6 wasnt very good either, it wasnt just 7. And yes CP3 was hurt but that still isnt excuse to shoot below his season average.

Im rooting for you all to BEAT Golden State but the criticism Harden gets is well deserved. His playoff stretches are Kobe like in a sense, he will go crazy for 5 games  but have 2 bad games in a series. Thats the difference between him and LeBron. LeBron might have one bad game in a series, in an entire playoffs at that.

no one is arguing who is better between Lebron and Harden, my point was that its dumb to use beating the warriors as the measuring stick for harden when no one else could do it either.

LeBron is the measuring stick. He consistently plays well against them. Harden doesnt. Harden has bad games against them thats why he has a bad wrap. Bron could lose vs the dubs but it wont be because their best player didnt play his best game. That is all on that. Harden is not exempt from criticism.

the fact Harden has you triggered is hilarious.

Triggered? He's an embarrassment to basketball with his ridiculous dramatics. Keep that **** in Hollywood.

But, then again, he could try to grab a dude's junk on the court and you lot would call it a basketball move. So I'm not surprised.

LIS before, dude is too good to do that nonsense. There's zero reason for it.

Harden is a basketball genius. There is no doubt about it. But yeah, often the viewing experience can be brutal and it's absolutely infuriating for your team to play against him.

So I understand why Houston fans are perpetually triggered with how we all treat Harden since he is incredible...but it kind of is what it is. Morey and Harden kinda sold their basketball souls to create this team/play style that has an okay shot at beating the most talented team of all time.

I think the Harden playoff narrative is a bit overblown due to a couple bad moments....but that's just how these things go. He needs to have one great playoff performance and all will be forgiven.

Why is it overblown when he's crapped the bed literally every single year? People aren't even talking about the Spurs series or his early series where he's struggled his balls off on non contending teams, or the debacle in the NBA Finals with OKC (although he played well in the prior series').

It's a well accepted fact for a reason. He has a few series of decent to good play against teams that can't compete with his team, other than that he's anywhere between average to his team being better off if he's on the bench.
