More like they hate Oakland. The Raiders will be darlings of the league in 2020 and then again when gambling is fully legit.

Plus side... only 2 games on the dirt infield. After week 2, they are not home again until week 9!!
SBXISBXVSBXVIII
Anyone else think this schedule has anything to do with the league having to wait and see where the Raiders were playing home games this year?
G
Yeah everything waiting for Vegas... I've still got the draft to look forward to... Think I'll go to the draft in Vegas if I don't already live there. Gf has so many comps it will take years to use up.
RaidersAreOne
We also travel the furthest distance out of all the teams.
SilverNBlackFan
Only positive I see with that schedule is at least we'll be in position to get our QB next year
NYRaider
49 days between home games is absolutely ridiculous. Edited April 18, 2019 by NYRaider

Sure it sucks, but its not like it was a deliberate plan to screw us with 7 ET games Yeah, this stuff is scheduled out forever. We know 90% of who we will be playing every year. It's a tad worse this year only because of the London game on top of the rest. We won't be playing international games for awhile after this.

Sure it sucks, but its not like it was a deliberate plan to screw us with 7 ET games I posted this on the previous page and it explains how they can screw us. We could have had 4 10 am games. "Having our 2 prime time games at home is nice but it increases the chances that our away games are going to be 10 am starts which decreases the odds for west coast teams substantially. Add in that we lose one home game to London which ends up being a 10 am start which makes it even worse. If we could switch the away game with KC (still played on MNF) for the week 1 game, play the away Jets game in London, and have the GB Minni or Indy game be the Thursday game I would like our chances to do some damage but the opposite happened. The schedule makers gave us zero breaks and stacked the deck against us. Add in a young team with a lot of turnover going that long without a home game early in the season is a recipe for disaster. Looks like they will give us every advantage to make our first season in Vegas go as smoothly as possible."
bucksavage1
NFL screws the Raiders again. Colts, Bears, Chiefs before 5 straight road games. Week 1 vs Denver is a must win

This has been an NFL betting fade for me that is cashing tickets year in and year out. West Coast teams playing at the early at 1 ET has a horrendous record ATS (against the spread)
SBXISBXVSBXVIII
Top 5 pick again next year. Better to get a QB if Carr stinks it up this year.

If we're picking top 5, Carr is most def shipped out.
