I guess they would stretch Batum and he would go on the books for ~8.3 for the next 3 years and save them another ~17 million this year. So 19 million in savings. But Wiggins sucks and is making 31 per for the next 4 years, so I doubt anyone would take him. But you never know with Charlotte. It might even be 10.5 on the books for the next 5 years depending on how POs work in stretch calculations. So you are basically adding 8 or 10 extra million to whatever you sign DLo to. Not sure that is worth it. Edited June 29, 2019 by 11sanchez11

Kuzma is so average, he’s the Marcus Thornton of bigs. It's less how highly I think of Kuzma, and how little I think of Ball.

Lonzo Ball if he never develops a jumper is Ricky Rubio. Kuzma if he never gets better is a mediocre volume scorer who does nothing else well. 11sanchez11
also I feel like people are just realizing that kemba should've been traded this year. a lot of people said they had to try and keep him, which never made any sense to me. Troy Brown
Maybe Kyrie will still come back
Troy Brown
I don't know much about kemba beyond willing that uconn team to glory but I do know that if a man who can spend all that time in Charlotte, he's a man of strong character and values. I think we would have won won it all this year if we could have traded Kyrie for Kemba
