He's got $43 Million left through next season. The Dodgers don't save enough on the luxury tax without us eating a crazy amount of Braun's deal and we don't get any type of baseball upgrade without ridiculous prospects coming back. And the Dodgers won't trade those guys. We really going to spend $30M on Keibert Ruiz? No. This deal makes no sense. titans0021
Man, this Yelich-Cain combination is already pretty fun to watch.

Even then, I'd rather have Braun on this team, especially considering we are going for it. Trading Braun made sense 2 years ago. It doesn't now unless we are blown away. ramssuperbowl99
Posting lineups is normally silly, but this is interesting. 1. Yelich moves to RF when Braun plays LF instead of shifting Cain to RF and Yelich to CF. 2. Santana starts on the bench against RHP instead of Thames or Braun. That probably changes based on the off days that are going to come eventually, but at least at full rest that's what we're dealing with. Packerraymond
Is our strength and conditioning program optional to Zach Davies? Guy gets smaller every year.

Also, I hate that I like those 2 prospects so much, given that they are property of a division rival.

Hiura had like 40 games in Low A and that's it since he had to rehab his elbow for much of last year. I think he gets 2 months in High A unless he comes out and hits .400 or something crazy (which he might do). And yeah, our scouting department has done a really good job the past 2 years except for 1 time.
