whitehops
what's so amazing is that despite running the ball as much as we did, only three of those runs lost yardage (besides the kneels at the end). i feel like last year we'd run like ten times and seven would go for a loss.

He looked very good in his limited action and actually wasn't much of a drop off from Cook. It also wouldn't hurt to keep Cook as fresh as possible for later in the season.
Nozizaki
Anyone find it odd that despite having a dominant performance against what may still be a playoff contender in the NFC, the Vikings are getting no recognition this week? The Chiefs, Patriots, Browns and Cowboys are all getting way more attention for their performances when half of those were within expectations. This was a game with a 3/4 point spread that the Vikings completely blew the doors off. I enjoy being under the radar, but also... what? It's all about flashy players and flashy teams. The Vikings don't really have either.

When it comes to guys in the lower end of the depth chart special teams ability is often more valuable than their ability to backup the position. And now we see Abdullah also being used at the position more often.
swede700
Neither Abdullah or Boone are going anywhere. It's far more likely to be either Ma'atafa, Watts or Fields.

I think it comes down to Boone, Abdullah or one of the extra DTs (probably Ma’atafa). Edited September 10, 2019 by vikingsrule

Probably not, but he's still an option, even if he's the 3rd option.
