Some poor choices by the OC and some poor execution by the offense can get fixed. Pass rush is a little concerning though. But 8:40 to go, 4th and 8, you have to go for it. That's honestly embarrassing from a coaching perspective. Other note - you can't quite say it would have gone exactly the same, but a Hamilton TD, and man, it's a 8-pt game, and the FG makes more sense. Down 12 now...not so much. The other killer about that Hamilton drop - they put out Heuermann in 12 personnel for the RZ O. Heuermann has ZERO ability to separate.
