I’d tend to think we just trade him for a pick (3rd-5th round) and then use that pick in separate trade to maneuver around the board. Dude didn't buy into gruden at all and seemed borderline cancerous in his interview. Now the dude is on the street. It's good to recognize dead weight and know when to remove it.
