Damikeeeee
We need the OC from the big college in waterboy. Just take a knee a punt.

He is being outcoached by DCs week in and week out. The offense has taken on Nagy's Charmin Soft personality. Nagy didn’t choose Trubisky. And given the options available at this point, Nagy is trying to win games with ultra-conservative play rather than wasting another year of this defense. If you want to point fingers, point them at Ryan Pace. He drafted MT. He made the Mack trade before knowing what he had in Mitch. Nagy is now stuck trying to manage multiple conflicting goals because of how Pace built the team.

Thats how they started last year (screen, out, drag , punt) and finished the last 5 of last year. This year is more of the same mostly, but with a pathetic run game to add to it. He could have taken a job else where or even went back to KC and taken a better job the next season. The whole offensive side is just a complete disaster and they are all to blame, Nagy included. It’s just a complete **** show.

Nagy is now stuck trying to manage multiple conflicting goals because of how Pace built the team. He chose to tie himself to Trubisky. He lost that ezcuse whem he signed with the team and accepted a multi million dollar deal. I hate that excuse. He was brought in to build an offensive system and develop Tru. He has failed miserably at both. If he has to go ultra conservative then he is useless. Pagano could take over HC and the offense literally would have little room to get worse. If not for the Mack trade the Bears would have been 2nd or 3rd in the division, not sure what you're trying to get at with that. He put a top level defense together to help take pressure off the offense so they didn't have to win shootouts. Nagy has used that as a crutch, he has the defense that allows him to take risks and he doesn't have the sack to do it. The goal for an offense it to put up points, pretty simple. Nagy has failed to do that consistently. Tru isn't helping but Nagy is failing about the team repeatedly.
