Its the Packers at Lambeau....You have to beat the Packers and the Aaron Rodgers jersey wearing refs. Anything close will go Packers way...Just like the bogus roughing the passer call earlier in the game.

Such a tired take.

There were missed calls on both side that definitely mattered. If the Panthers scored on the last drive you could say they benefited them more

He would have scored if his own guy wasn't there.

The OL trying to corral him and pull him over the line, actually prevented CmC from being able to extend the ball over the goal line.

Which should have been a flag. Not allowed to pull the ball carrier forward.

You are either blind or you simply do not want to see the benefit the Packers and Aaron Rodgers get from the refs. You were given a game against the Lions this year. Gift wrapped! The refs doing Lambeau leaps after the game! Its getting beyond ridiculous at this point. That is why pretty much every other fan base HATES the Packers.

You're older than 55 aren't you?

Saw this a couple weeks ago too, in a primetime game. Lineman in the endzone grabs the ball carrier (his QB) and pulls him for a TD. Don't remember which game.

It got called out then as a rule violation in the forum, but the play was allowed.

Was this actually in doubt?

He clearly didn’t score.  Like the 4th time in the last 13 or so games we’ve lost a game at the goal line.

Which begs the question, why does Carolina keep trying to run it in with him?

Don't get me wrong, he's an offensive player of the year candidate and does so much for Carolina. But he's had multiple game-on-the-line situations where he needs to score, and gets stuffed because he's not a power back. Why doesn't Carolina get a big back for these situations if they want to run power, instead of using a finesse guy who clearly isn't getting this specific job done?

They also should have called grounding on Rodgers on the RTP.

There was a RB right there. Good try though.... The RTP was a bad call but do we really need to make up penalties that never existed?

Just off the top of my head:

1. Called OPI on 3rd down stopped a Packers drive that was not OPI.

2. On the last drive there was not 1 but 2 intentional grounding penalties that were not called.

Refs were just plain bad but I don't think they were bad for either team.

What 14 people voted yes? There wasn't a single camera angle that showed him getting in and the clearest angle they showed didn't have him in. If he had reached out he certainly would've score but he didn't.

The 4 Panther fans on this forum and the rest of the NFCN.

You actually believe the photo of refs doing the Lambeau Leap??   Seriously???   lmao

Stop whining about the Detroit game.  Every team gets hosed by officiating.  Fans of other teams told us to get over Fail Mary.

Probably, but there isn't a replay that can over turn the call.

More importantly, the Packers proved they were the better team and won. Between the decision not to take the FG before the half and the iffy the offsides to extend that drive, plus the fact the Panthers had to get a 2 pt conversion after that TD, GB was the better team. Closer than the score probably indicated, but better.
