Kubiak would join the Saints after he coaches his final game with the 49ers in Super Bowl LVIII. No deal can be finalized until after the game. PWilly would have made it first ballot, but he told all of the voters to vote for Zach Thomas first. Zach probably does not make it in without Willis doing that, because there is about to be a major logjam. Pretty sure Zach was running out of eligibility.
