NO nope no way no how. I understand your point yes perfect world yes the way the coaches handle the players determine just how much discipline players have.  But undisciplined play during the game is 100% on the players

Fair enough. You would think that a player like Bennett, who was coached by Carroll/Bellichick in the NFL (+HS/College ball) wouldnt need to be reminded about such petty things. Maybe he does?

If they are completely undisciplined then why are they in the game? You have to hold JG and co accountable for something. There is no point to coaches if the players are accountable for everything.
