Broncos just fired OC Rich Scangarello who was under Shannahan in SF and runs that same 'Shannahan' offense which is similar to what Stefanski ran in MIN. Grab one of them and pair them with as DC Wade Phillips, I would feel much much better. Phillips seems like a pipe dream though. Im not sure if he has any connections to the Browns or Stefanski which is usually what dictates what OC/DC gets hired with a new HC.
