I've been in mafia with an assassin esque role, where they can't be detected but can also kill in the same night. The balance being a 1shot or an every other night kinda thing. Possible that's what's at play here, but I think it's fairly obvious either josh is the killer, Rack is lying, or we have an untraceable killer.
