Did Cooper even play the second half of last season?

As someone who has seen every snap of Jones career, some of them multiple times and the all 22, I can confidently say Cooper is the better player. By more than a little bit.

You realize he didn't even win the lcb? So you are comparing our #2 cb to our #1 wr, that even through his faults (drops, poor road performance) was statistically one of the best in the NFL.

I really wasn't trying to dispute the fact that the Cowboys should have prioritized Jones over Cooper (though I think it's certainly debatable), rather responding to someone else who certainly felt that way. The Cowboys put themselves in position to really not have a choice. They're guilty by association.

Man Jalen Ramsey is going to get stupid paid next offseason

Yep going to be on par with a FQB type contract. Hilarious. Be glad he's gone and not a Jag. It's the Rams though so setting NFL records at a position is just common practice.

DT

QB

RB lasted 2 yrs, No longer a Ram cut!

If the math checks out, Miami *still* has the most salary cap space even after this week's spending spree.

Don't think he was suggesting otherwise, just that the contracts given to Van Noy, Lawson, and Flowers were overpays. I tend to agree with that.
