If he balls out, I"m fine with him getting paid. Giving him anything over and above 1 million in salary plus performance incentives is more than I would have given him. All of his incentives are going to be considered NLTBE (Not Likely To Be Earned) incentives, because he didn't reach any of them last year (because he played one game).
