Considering our roster, I think it both fills a need and gives us another dimension, especially considering what happens to the position next year. I also love the thought of 21 and 16. Truly can't go wrong there, either. If any of those picks fell to #35, I feel like we'd be running up to the podium with their name in hand. (I mean, not literally. I don't think they do that.) I just think it's insane to leave this draft with Okudah and one of those players... players that can legitimately evolve their position for this team. I think 21 does what needs to be done for the defense. cant agree more about your reasoning for 65 and
TL-TwoWinsAway
Honestly, if you'd all rather not, I get it completely. We could wait until #24, on the clock tomorrow, and keep one of the 2nd round picks. I'm good with it. I just... there's a lot of talent in those four numbers. TL-TwoWinsAway
@Sllim Pickens Any opinion on any of this, good sir? It's a pretty pivotal point in the draft, and I'd like to make sure we have all fingers on deck.

The further you get from the top of the first, the bigger the percentage of bust. I could be swayed both ways easily. I think I'll stick with the trade up and take my lumps later if they happen. TL-TwoWinsAway
Becton is off the board. That leaves 38, 21 and 65.

Yeah, and LionArkie pretty much said this same thing. I feel the same way. If we walk away with 21 or 38/65, I think we're in a significantly better position than if we did not. We'd still add a player at 13's position in round 3, as well as a BPA.

LionArkie
I'm going to be sick if 21 is gone and we get 38/65. What about 82? I'm not a fan of this position group, but if we make the deal, it looks like the best talent left.

That defense would be looking solid. I seen Chris Jones went to the Vikings.

If that falls through, we'll definitely be in touch.
