I don’t think we’ll see Schwartz here. Seems like a dumb thing to say. If you want to go that route just say you want the best candidate and then hire who you want. I don't feel it progresses the situation as much if you hire a person primarily because of any reason other than they are the best fit. Thanks for bringing up that article. I think they also see value in the comp pick formula. They could definitely be taking that into account and having it weighed in there.
