animaltested Posted July 6, 2020 Share Posted July 6, 2020 One potential of a Fallout Themed show is the levity that exists in Fallout that DOES not exist in most if not all Apocalyptical shows and movies. They are all so super cereal. In Fallout you get characters like Mr Fantastic, Fisto, Three Dog, Moira, The King, The Tunnel Snakes, Lily, MacCready (Mayor and Merc), and the Sarcastic Jerk Sole Survivor. Quests where you help a cult die in a broken amusement park ride, help Ghouls launch themselves to the moon, become a porn star, Fight off a group of murderous grandmas, help fill a brothel with diverse clientele, The Antagonizer vs Mechanist, GARY, GARY, GARY, the Republic of Dave etc. I really hope the show embraces the absurdity of the game series. 2 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Imagine having access to the Fallout IP and making a show/movie about the Enclave storyline rather than Super Mutants and Master. That'd be like having the Warcraft IP and making a movie/show about the First War rather than any of the actual cool storylines in that series. Just take the some of the exact dialogue and script, and the entire story, of Fallout 1 with a huge budget and you have a real chance at a great show.
