Is ghee a valid pick? I was wondering about that earlier, since it’s clarified butter, but also is sold as a separate thing.

Edit: for the record, I think it makes sense since we're doing other derivative ingredients.

Can we be more specific as there are multiple variations, just like we have with spices, cheeses, tomatoes, onions, etc?

I mean, you could assume that "white wine" when used by itself as a label is what he picked, and then just select your own variety,
