Yeah our defense right now is a little too much 'bend but dont break' and not near physical enough for my liking. Ward is great but I would like a big physical corner opposite of him (Greedy aint it and he cant play inside so IDK what you even do with him). I would like to get a centerpiece aggressive LB (Nick Bolton?), a legit 2nd EDGE opposite of Myles (Von?) and some run stuffers in the middle.

Not much :)

I 3000% agree with needing basically a 1B corner like an AJ Bouye, but I still believe Greedy has value as a coverage guy if he comes back. At worst if he comes back it would be viewed as house money, and there is such a thing as a big nickel, if you can cover, you can cover....

Agreed. I would take a 1st for him or a 2nd + a player maybe. Higgins has proved to be a legit #2 WR and Im perfectly fine with DPJ and Hodge developing in the #3/#4 role.

Watching the Washington FB Team I was salivating at their front 7. I want that level of dominance soooo bad if the AFCN. I understand they have 4 first rounders like SF did up there but the Browns could really try to get something similar to that in this draft and Free Agency. Sign Von Miller if he gets released and go after 2 interior guys high in the draft.

Watching Washington is football porn, their front 7 is so tough and fun to watch and we aren't that far away from that type of DL. The fun part of us being good is that we wont have problems attracting prime talent anymore. Von Miller would be great opposite of Myles, and you draft Jaylen Twyman in the 1st then an upside guy like Myjai Sanders in the 3rd. Then keep whoever is the best out of the guys we currently have, let the rest go. Plus we still have Curtis Weaver rehabbing and he as natural a pass rusher that came out of this class next to Chase Young.

Conversely, I would do a stud pass rusher in the 1st as well like Kwity Paye, Carlos Basham, Patrick Jones II, to go along with a vet like Ryan Kerrigan and trade for Tim Settle (who is a starter for anyone except Washington)

On a free agent front, I'd rather go after Leonard Williams if the NYG don't tag/re-sign him. I'd also love to make a run at Anthony Harris on a 2-3 year deal.

Leonard Floyd and Lavonte David at LB intrigue me as well, and I'd actually consider re-signing Goodson, as he's been an average MLB for us.

Floyd as a linebacker or a defensive end?, also I doubt TB would let David go just like that, but he would be absolutely IDEAL for us

SLB/DE hybrid probably. He's best suited as an EDGE rusher, but at 240 pounds I'm not sure how he does in a 4-3 with his hand in the dirt. He's everything I thought Bobby Carpenter would be coming out in the draft.

I almost bet for a fact he's practiced it while in Chicago, plus we would bulk him up to at least 255, but with what we are attempting to do defensively, I think I remember Woods wanting to play exclusively nickel, so he would have to rush anyway once we get our DB situation where he wants it. Base downs he could definitely do what he's been doing, or playing being the edge guy in a 50 front like how we did against Tennessee would be optimal.

I loved Bobby

If the draft was today, Carlos Basham is my guy.

CBS brought up an interesting guy in Adetokunbo Ogundeji from Notre Dame.

If we go by what they did in their first draft, I highly doubt they would draft Basham. They mostly drafted very young players.

He will be almost 24 before he plays his first official game as a pro.

They drafted almost all SEC.

I doubt that’s permanent either.

Free Agency:

Resign Wyatt Teller, Larry Ogunjobi, and Rashard Higgins.

Sign Anthony Harris from the Vikings.

Let Olivier Vernon go. Keep Sheldon Richardson for 1 more year.

Draft:

1. Dylan Moses, LB, Alabama - Leader of the defense for the next decade. I think it’s more likely we trade down though.

2. Tyson Campbell, CB, Georgia - I like his frame and toughness.

3. Jayson Oweh, DE, Penn State - Disappointed in his lack of production this year, but freakishly high ceiling.

3. Shaka Toney, DE, Penn State - Kinda the opposite of Oweh. Consistent production without freakish measurables.

4. Nico Collins, WR, Michigan - Really like this kid. Just needs to play with a competent QB.

4. Thomas Graham Jr, CB, Oregon - Would fill in at the slot CB spot and provide depth.

5. Ed Ingram, OG, LSU - Fantastic player, but has character concerns.

6. Charles Snowden, LB, Virginia - Provides us depth and a LB with range.

7. Pookah Williams, RB, Kansas - I’ve been a big fan of his for awhile.

I hate Dylan Moses. He’s way too spacey for my liking. Bad reads.

He’s their 3rd best CB. Eric Stokes definitely better IMO.

I would love this from an upside perspective.

Toney is a great athlete. He’s just light in the pants.

In this draft, Collins is a UDFA.

Know nothing about him tbh.

Hate character concern players. Meh.

Love Snowden, but he’s a weird tweener. Like the value here tho.

I don’t think he lasts this long. Plus I am higher on other later round backs tbh. Pookah is a great fit for our scheme tbh.

I completely disagree with that. Collins has been really the only offensive players under Harbs that has actually been productive in college. With his size and with a great combine he could be easily be drafted in the first 60picks.

The dude is 6'3+ and is a great downfield threat with his ability to play the ball. Hell, he would be an amazing RZ threat for Baker. I dont know how you think he is a UDFA

Slow and unproductive receivers don’t get drafted in the top 60. Plus this is another stacked WR class. I like Ronnie Bell better than Collins tbh. Bell catches everything and plays a lot bigger than he is.

Bleedtheclock also doesn’t think Devonta Smith is a top 5 pick. He places zero value on actually producing in college.
