I think it's likely there's another one or two scum in Nazgul's list. I wouldn't assume every single scum made a move night 1 however. Clearly that list has value (noted by the seemingly random bcb hit) but as we have not lost a civ special yet (i think?) so there's also obvious negatives to strictly targeting that list. Those who have power roles would be smart to look at some of these others without coordinating in thread to out power roles for scum.
