The only thing I can think of is if there was a "First Order" cult but they're technically just built from the remnants of the Empire so...its not really a third party. Based on my vast Star Wars knowledge from the Star Wars RTS game from the early 2000s, I would say our other options are: Gungan, Rebel Alliance, Royal Naboo, Trade Federation, and Wookies.
