I think it is part of his game, drawing penalties. He is the least athletic wide receiver I have ever seen. He never gives a big jump for the ball. I have never seen him out run a guy. All he does is get open and catch the ball, which is fantastic by the way. No he isn't special but that doesn't matter, what matters is his fit in our offense. I'd give him fair #3 WR money, whatever that is.
