Got to fix one more thing involving the drop down list for draft compensation in the tender offer sheets. Should be good after that.
JetsandI
Now, I am on Reserve Bidding page. What is up with percentage (which I suck at)? Does it mean I win the bid as long as highest offer by other team is within my reserve pct?

It is a contract bid so to make a qualified contract bid 6 percentage must be increase between years. Correct?

Far right data that has a percentage and two dollar amounts beside it. If so, the cap hit for each subsequent year needs to be between those two dollar amounts.
JetsandI
3 Fail Reserve Contract section is valid (green mark) but this record under far right data above indicates what?

If you give a player the transition tag, you only get the right to match the new offer and no compensation if you choose not to match. Teams used to do poison pill deals to discourage the former team from matching. Steve Hutchinson was an example of that. The non-exclusive franchise tag costs more but gives you 2 first round picks if you choose not to match the offer. I think in TCMD it's a bit less since we don't use future picks. Anyway, no team in real life has signed another team's franchise player since Sean Gilbert, way back in the day. He is Darrelle Revis's uncle to give you an idea of how far back it was. The exclusive franchise tag costs even more and means no other team can make the player an offer.

During that week 20 other things would have changed. I'm not a robot. Changing anything to all of these workbooks takes a solid day. I posted all of this salary cap stuff a week ago in the discussion thread. We finalized those numbers already. Changing values now would require changing the tag values as well it would also require reducing the need to reduce the apy values. What you are asking isn't something that takes a few minutes but hours and hours of my time. Ok, consider the subject dropped. I didn't know if it was a pain or simple to change.
T-rade
If I want to restructure a guy, I have to use the Expected APY as the base for his salary, right? Are we limited to a certain amount of post june 1st's? IRL I think it's two, same here?

Answered this in PM but wanted to let everyone else know that, what he's seeing is a left over from some old formulas that isn't being used in this workbook. I'll try to get them deleted tonight from all the workbooks along with a #REF error pertaining to the unofficial salary cap for 2022 in the bidding sheets. All of these issues currently don't effect any of the required fields for bidding but deleting them nonetheless.

Are we limited to a certain amount of post june 1st's? IRL I think it's two, same here? You are allowed to make two post june 1st cuts. Not for restructuring a player. The only cells you need to concern yourself with for restructuring a contract is B3 - Selecting the player to restructure, C4 - deciding what the new base salary will be for said player, this amount cannot be less than the vet min for 2021. And lastly, Cell C21 - Restructure Allotment amount 2021 savings cell C19 cannot be greater than the restructure allotment. I've tried to color code the cells you can edit by coloring them blue. Example: Restructure Contract Sheet Select Player to Extend 2284 - Sterling Shepard - WR Enter "New" 2021 Base Salary Amount $990,000 Base salary amount must be between vet min and current base salary amount. Restructure Data Fixed Contract Length 3 Base Salary Converted to Bonus $5,985,000 Proration of Converted Base Salary $1,995,000 2021 Base Gtd Converted to Proration Total amount converted to proration $1,995,000 Contract Structured Criteria Player Name Validation Pass Restructure Allotment Pass Vet. Min Ruling Pass Valid Restructured Contract 2021 Savings: $3,990,000 2022 Savings: -$1,995,000 Restructure Allotment $8,730,000 2021 Salary Cap $35,249,613 2022 Salary Cap $96,918,
