Not a knock on Robinson specifically, just saying I've heard this literally every day for the past two weeks about several guys a day who aren't really pegged as top 50 picks. Some of them will be, but it's a lot of talk this time of year.

Jeezla
Kelvin's 3-cone worse than I expected. Would like to see his footwork/hip flip drills. The shuttle drill time is good. Anyone know about Echols? Edited April 1, 2021 by Jeezla
Jeezla
look at the 3-cone! (Jacob Harris) All of them crushed the 3-cone That like a 10.05 RAS score if he benches more. Edited April 1, 2021 by Jeezla

His hand placement and power packed behind those hands is pretty cool to watch. You can see DL feel it when he strikes them. A podcast I listen to turned me onto him and I’ve been a fan since. Could slip right into the Raiders hole at RT and provide a boost for that smash mouth running style Gruden wants. Yeah watching them I was on the fence if they were big time NFL prospects or not. But with those times that shows both can be safeties in the league athletically, great athletic times and umps for any safety and both are tough and can tackle. Forrest I think might be the better of the two but it is close.

Honestly never really stood out when I watched them...but did he sit out this past season? Guess that explains the never noticing him part and could explain why Chuba had a harder time running the ball. For sure going to have go back on him though and watch some more. Tre Nixon also had a good day. He's a Day 3 sleeper to watch. Deep threat who has the separation quickness to be a good route runner. He's very skinny, though. Reminded me of Paul Richardson. https://ucfknights.com/news/2021/4/1/football-ucf-pro-day-updates.aspx
jrry32
I can't guarantee Aaron Robinson goes top 50, but he's a solid Day 2 guy. Edited April 1, 2021 by jrry32

He played this past year, I believe the OK St vs Texas game is great one with him and Ossai. I’m pretty sure that was this year. Speaking of Chuba, while OSUs OL certainly wasn’t the best by any stretch of the imagination most of his decline was of his own making. At least from my point of view. Dude just didn’t look like he wanted to be out there at all. Which sucks cause I loved what I saw from him in 2019 and was hoping he’d build on it. The speed with both Toney and Bateman is just different than Pitts 4.4. But yeah who cares Pitts is 6-5 245 honestly. Still the burst off the line and acceleration in some of these 40 times just seems different than others when the end time is close to the same. If anything Bateman in this did not even have a great start and still did not really matter in the end. It's not hard to say Pitts ran a 4.44 40 when they literally clocked him at that. A 6'6" guy running a 40 isn't going to look like a 5'11" or 6'0" guy running a 40.
