Jalen Phillips 26.5 Over Will most likely get drafted ahead of Rousseau with how well he worked out and how athletic he is Mac Jones 3.5 Under Probably is just smoke by the 49ers to throw teams off like has been suggested by some around here Najee Harris 30.5 Over Seems like he should go higher than that, could easily go to Arizona, Miami, NY Jets, Steelers, Jacksonville, New Orleans etc. The rest all do not see that out of the ordinary. I do not gamble so possibly I have it wrong, but when it says 26.5 next to a prospect, I assume over means drafted over that draft position at slot #26, under is drafted under that draft position. Is that wrong? I think it's the literal number so over 3.5 is 4, 5, 6 ... and under is under 3.5 as in 3, 2, or 1. So 'before' would be 'under', and 'after' 'over'. That's a serious lack of production no matter what his measurables are.
