A thread to talk about the little that's going on until the season starts

We have apparently been talking to Dede Westbrook.  Was hurt last year, but was a productive slot receiver the two years before that.  Would be an upgrade at the WR 5/6 spot, and has return ability and would be some specific depth behind Boyd.

This would be a good add.  They're a little thin behind the first three guys.

Week 1 will be a good test. Vikings are looking to bounce back from bad season in 2020, especially on defense. Burrow should give them a test.

Westbrook is coming off injury or he'd be more in demand. A multi-year deal might be worth it but if he only wants 1 year, it better be prove-it.

What do you think your odds of winning vs the Vikings week one are?

Will Joey B  be healthy?

If Burrow is 100%, i like our odds.  A lot.

If not, we better have an A+ defensive plan like they did on MNF vs Pitt, or else the natives will grow restless by the middle of the second quater.

We signed all 7 of our day 3 draft picks yesterday as well as free agent WR Trent Taylor who was at rookie mini-camp for a tryout.  Only Chase, Carman, and Ossai left to sign.  So so so happy that the CBA pretty much makes holdouts a rarity anymore, it was such a stupid distraction that did far more harm than it ever did good for players trying to negotiate more.
