Adrenaline burst.  Once the exits, you can feel really sluggish

Yeah that's no excuse. It's not the first time this postseason he's looked tired way before he should. For all the **** coach Bud gets, he's made giving Giannis ample rest a priority and there's just no real reason this should be a problem in the second quarter.

It is not a conditioning thing.   It is a biochemistry thing.  you get so amped up and the adrenaline burst hits and it carries you for a few minutes.  once that is processed and exits your system, you will typically feel sluggish.

The After Effects

After a rush of adrenaline, the body slowly comes down from the peak hormone rush. The body was flooded with energy in case of emergency, but the post-rush drop in blood sugar is what can cause your hands to shake and your legs to feel weak.

He's played pretty well.

Really he looks different ever since game 2.

Yeah. I'll take 4-8 from the field, 1-1 from 3PT, 6 assists, a block and 0 turnovers from him.

Hopefully he ends up turning it over a few times in the 2nd half to get back closer to his average of 4.3 turnovers per game coming into this one.
