Does he have any geographical connections? I see he's from Jersey. If Franklin goes to USC, I could see Hafley jumping at the opportunity to coach at Penn State. Then again, Penn State might want Fickell before Hafley.

Malik Willis looks like the best QB I've seen this year that will go pro. Haven't seen a lot but he's accurate in this game. Arm strength looks suspect though

I’m not really sure but I would guess yes he would jump at Penn State if it opened up and they were interested. He has kind of bounced around between the NFL and college as an assistant. I’m just kind of hoping he gets a good job but not with a Big Ten rival at this point because he is going to be a solid program builder for sure.
